What is the Love Being Catholic Conference?
The Love Being Catholic Conference is an enriching two-day conference to build hope and joy with others who love being Catholic! Keynote talks are presented by Steve Ray, Fr. Chris Alar, MIC, and Fr. Don Calloway, MIC.
Who is invited to the Love Being Catholic Conference?
The Love Being Catholic Conference is open and appropriate for individuals, couples and families.
Can I attend portions of the Love Being Catholic Conference or find my own accommodations?
Due to the limited availability of seats and function space at the Love Being Catholic Conference, it is necessary for you to wear your name lanyards to all events for admittance.
Regrettably, the Love Being Catholic Conference is sold as a package. The hotel and conference center requires a minimum commitment of hotel rooms and event space that corresponds to the limited number of attendees for this very special event.
Is a vaccine or other documentation required to attend the Love Being Catholic Conference?
No, vaccines or masks will not be required at the Love Being Catholic Conference.
What is included in the price of the Love Being Catholic Conference?

What is the payment schedule?
Deposit: $350 per person due at the time of registration
Final Payment: Remaining balance due on or before May 13, 2022
How do I purchase travel protection?
The Love Being Catholic Conference highly suggests the purchase of travel protection, to help protect travelers’ investment in the trip, and to help provide certain medical coverage while traveling.
Plans help provide coverage for unexpected circumstances and help protect your trip and your investment. Terms vary, depending on the travel protection carrier chosen, and the terms of the plan purchased. The Love Being Catholic Conference strictly adheres to their “Cancellation Policy”.
*CFAR coverage is 75% of the nonrefundable trip cost. Trip cancellation must be 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled departure. CFAR must be purchased at the time of plan purchase and within 10 days or your initial trip deposit.

What documents do I need to travel?
You will only need a picture identification such as a driver’s license and a credit card to check into the Radisson Hotel La Crosse. Please check with your airline carrier and other transportation providers for identification requirements.
When am I able to check into the hotel?
Please note that check in at the Radisson Hotel La Crosse is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. If you arrived earlier than 3:00 p.m. CST, please check in at the front desk and as rooms become available, you will be given your room keys.
The hotel has been provided with the type of bed configuration you requested (Queen or King). The hotel will do their best to accommodate your request but are unable to guarantee any request. The final decision will be made by the hotel on the bed configuration that you will receive.
What is the dress code?
Casual and modest attire is suggested for men and women throughout the daily programming. Business casual is suggested for both dinners.
What airport is nearest to the Radisson Hotel La Crosse?
La Crosse Regional Airport is the closest airport to the Radisson Hotel La Crosse. The La Crosse Regional Airport is served by American Airlines and Delta Air Lines with two non-stop destination hubs served daily, Minneapolis/St. Paul and Chicago. Through these hubs you are able to connect to nearly any airport in the world.
Milwaukee and Green Bay Airports are both a three (3) hour drive to La Crosse, WI.
What is the payment schedule?aWhen should my flights arrive and depart?
We suggest you arrive no later than 2:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday, July 27, 2022. You may book your departing flight for any time you wish, keeping in mind that check-out at the Radisson Hotel La Crosse is a 12:00 p.m. noon CST.
Payment and Cancellation Terms
All payments are non-refundable, and subject to CTS Terms and Conditions including the CTS Liability Release. All cancellations must be received in writing. Penalties will be determined according to postmark date, or date of the fax or email sent by the cancelling passenger.
